Dr. Steven Victor has gained considerable renown respect in the field of Regenerative Medicine, pioneering some of the most effective and interesting treatments in cellular therapy and skin rejuvenation today. He has treated over 950 patients successfully with Cellular Therapy.
He was involved in the product development and business of Medicis Pharmaceuticals one of the most successful independent dermatology & cosmetic dermatology product company in the United States. He invented numerous products for the Company and the Company was sold to Valiant Pharma for $2.6 Billion.
He has travelled the world teaching and developing medical products including working with numerous Chinese, Korean and Indian medical supplier manufacturers .
Presently he is engaged in Regenerative Medicine and is leading three FDA IND Clinical Studies for the use of SVFCs for Concussions, Diabetes and Osteoarthritis.
He is the first and only physician licensed by the Dubai Health Authority for Regenerative Medicine (Stem Cell Therapy) in MidEast and has a office in Dubai where he has treated many patients from the MidEast.
He has vast experience with the FDA including NDAs, ANDAs, 510K and PMA filings.
He has also worked extensively with Chinese and Korean medical manufacturers to develop medical products and devices.
He has lectured around the world, consulted for numerous cosmetic companies, featured in numerous magazines and featured in various Television and News segments.
Dr. Victor is the inventor of “Ultrasonic Cavitation Technology” for manufacturing Stromal Vascular Fraction Cells (SVFC’s) from Lipoaspirate as well as other Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Products.
He is considered one of the leaders in the field of Regenerative Medicine and has performed over 900 treatments for patients with SVFC’s.
