As a full-time board-certified hair transplant surgeon, Dr. Alan J. Bauman has dedicated himself to providing the highest quality medical care to men and women who are affected by hair loss since starting his specialty medical hair loss treatment practice in 1997. Dr. Bauman has treated over 34,000 patients, performed over 12,000 hair transplant surgeries and over 12,000 PRP Hair Regrowth treatments to date. He received his M.D. degree from New York Medical College, did his Surgical Residency Training at Mt. Sinai Medical Center and Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan and completed his hair transplant Fellowship training in New York. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and a Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
